NB6100 is a higher viscosity version of NB6000. It is highly reliable and suitable for bonding heat sinks to ceramic substrates, coils and ferrites, and motor connectors.

・Curing conditions: 150℃/1 hour
・Viscosity: 50,000-60,000cP
・Pot life (23℃): 10 days
・Storage conditions: -40℃
・Quality guarantee period: 6 months
■Properties after curing
・Tensile shear strength: 255kgf/cm2
・Glass transition temperature (Tg): 110℃ or higher
・Linear expansion coefficient: 45ppm below Tg, 100ppm above Tg
・Shore D hardness: 95
・Volume resistivity: 2×10^13Ω・cm or more
・Thermal conductivity: 0.4W/mK
