NB6000 is a one-component insulating adhesive. It also features high reliability and reflow resistance. It also has high adhesive strength to various adherends and is suitable for bonding difficult-to-adhere substrates. Additionally, this product is designed to have extremely low void generation due to its solvent-free specifications.

・Tensile shear strength: 284kgf/cm2
・Glass transition temperature (Tg): 110℃ or higher
・Linear expansion coefficient: 39ppm below Tg, 123ppm above Tg
・Shore D hardness: 95
・Volume resistivity: 2×10^13Ω・cm or more
・Thermal conductivity: 0.4W/mK
