NB7100 is a general-purpose two-component conductive adhesive. High strength and reliable adhesion can be obtained. In addition, it has moderate viscosity, so it has excellent dispensing and stamping properties.

・Curing conditions: 150℃/1 hour
・Viscosity (after mixing): 2,200-3,200cP
・Pot life: 12 hours
・Storage conditions: room temperature
・Quality guarantee period: 1 year
■Properties after curing
・Die shear strength: 15kg or more
・Tensile shear strength: 160kgf/cm2
・Glass transition temperature (Tg): 80℃ or higher
・Linear expansion coefficient: 12ppm below Tg, 20ppm above Tg
・Volume resistivity: 5×10^-4Ω・cm or less
・Thermal conductivity: 0.9W/mK
