About This Product

■Product overview

NB3600 is a two-component optical adhesive that can be cured at low temperatures. It has excellent flexibility, has rubber-like elasticity, and has excellent stress dispersion. It also has good handling characteristics due to its low viscosity.

■Properties before curing

・Liquid: 2 liquid ・Mixing ratio (weight ratio): 100:55 ・Curing conditions: 65℃/2 hours ・Viscosity (after mixing): 150-300cP ・Pot life (23℃): 1 hour ・Storage conditions: room temperature ・Quality guarantee period: 1 year

■Properties after curing

・Tensile shear strength: 100kgf/cm2 ・Glass transition temperature (Tg): 0℃ or higher ・Linear expansion coefficient: 89ppm below Tg, 186ppm above Tg ・Optical refractive index: 1.57 (@589nm) ・Light transmittance: 98% or more (400-700nm) ・Shore A hardness: 75
