About This Product

■Product overview

NB3400 is a two-component optical adhesive that has a long pot life and can be cured at low temperatures. It is moderately flexible and has excellent stress dispersion properties.

■Product features and applications

・Low stress ・Long pot life ・Can be cured at room temperature ・Substrate-substrate bonding ・LED encapsulant, optical fiber bundle

■Properties before curing

・Liquid: 2 liquid ・Mixing ratio (weight ratio): 100:35 ・Curing conditions: 80℃/3 hours ・Viscosity (after mixing): 100-250cP ・Pot life (23℃): 8 hours ・Storage conditions: room temperature ・Quality guarantee period: 1 year

■Properties after curing

・Tensile shear strength: 85kgf/cm2 ・Glass transition temperature (Tg): 60℃ or higher ・Linear expansion coefficient: 29ppm below Tg, 74ppm above Tg ・Optical refractive index: 1.56 (@589nm) ・Light transmittance: 98% or more (400-700nm) ・Shore A hardness: 75
