About This Product

■Product overview

NB3300 is a low temperature curing two-component optical adhesive. It can be cured at room temperature and has high penetration due to its low viscosity, making it suitable for bonding parts with narrow gaps.

■Product features and applications

・Low viscosity ・Possible to cure quickly at low temperature ・High permeability ・Adhesion to narrow gap adherends

■Properties before curing

・Liquid: 2 liquid ・Mixing ratio (weight ratio): 100:20 ・Curing conditions: 65℃/1 hour ・Viscosity (after mixing): 100-200cP ・Pot life (23℃): 1 hour ・Storage conditions: room temperature ・Quality guarantee period: 1 year

■Properties after curing

・Tensile shear strength: 110kgf/cm2 ・Glass transition temperature (Tg): 60℃ or higher ・Linear expansion coefficient: 51ppm below Tg, 145ppm above Tg ・Optical refractive index: 1.55 (@589nm) ・Light transmittance: 96% or more (400-700nm) ・Shore D hardness: 90
