About This Product

■Product overview

NB3100 is an optical adhesive that can be cured at low temperatures. It has good handling characteristics due to its low viscosity. It can be cured at room temperature and can be used to bond parts that are sensitive to heat. It also has low stress and is suitable for bonding small parts.

■Product features and applications

・Low viscosity ・Can be cured at low temperature (room temperature R.Temp.) ・High strength ・Low outgas ・For optical fiber bundles and LED sealing applications ・Fixing the lens of optical components ・Fixing the pickup lens

■Properties before curing

・Liquid: 2 liquid ・Mixing ratio (weight ratio): 100:35 ・Curing conditions: 80℃/3 hours ・Viscosity (Mixed): 250-400cP ・Pot life (23℃): 6 hours ・Storage conditions: room temperature ・Quality guarantee period: 1 year

■Properties after curing

・Tensile shear strength: 190kgf/cm2 ・Glass transition temperature (Tg): 50℃ or higher ・Linear expansion coefficient: 82ppm below Tg, 185ppm above Tg ・Optical refractive index: 1.57 (@589nm) ・Light transmittance: 97% or more (400-700nm) ・Shore D hardness: 82
