About This Product

■Product overview

NB3000T is a high viscosity, thixotropic product of NB3000. This product has excellent chemical and oil resistance, and can be cured at low temperatures.

■Product features and applications

・NB3000 silica filler introduced product ・Good workability (thread breakage) ・High Tg (＞130℃) ・Can be cured at low temperature ・Low outgas ・Excellent adhesion to a wide range of adherends

■Properties before curing

・Liquid: 2 liquid ・Mixing ratio (weight ratio): 100:10 ・Curing conditions: 90℃/1 hour ・Viscosity (after mixing): 10,000-15,000cP ・Pot life (23℃): 4 hours ・Storage temperature conditions: room temperature ・Quality guarantee period: 1 year

■Properties after curing

・Tensile shear strength: 140kgf/cm2 ・Glass transition temperature (Tg): 130℃ or higher ・Linear expansion coefficient: 55ppm below Tg, 186ppm above Tg ・Shore D hardness: 83
