■Product overview

NB3000 is a two-component epoxy adhesive newly developed for general-purpose and optical applications. It exhibits excellent performance with excellent permeability, low-temperature curing properties, and low outgassing properties.

■Product features and applications

・General purpose adhesive ・Low outgas ・Compliant with Telecordia standards (GR326) ・Standard product in the optical device field ・Can be cured at low temperature

■Properties before curing

・Liquid: 2 liquid ・Mixing ratio (weight ratio): 100:10 ・Curing conditions: 90℃/1 hour ・Viscosity (after mixing): 2,800-4,800cP ・Pot life (23℃): 4 hours ・Storage temperature conditions: room temperature ・Quality guarantee period: 1 year

■Properties after curing

・Tensile shear strength: 130kgf/cm2 ・Glass transition temperature (Tg): 100℃ or more ・Linear expansion coefficient: 56ppm below Tg, 159ppm above Tg ・Optical refractive index: 1.57 (@589nm) ・Light transmittance: 97% or more (400-700nm) ・Shore D hardness: 85
