About This Product
■Summary
The ultra-thin photoelectric sensor BTF series has a thickness of 3.7 mm, making it easy to install in narrow spaces and gaps, and with excellent detection performance, it can detect minute objects as small as Ø0.2 mm. In addition, we have realized an IP67 protection structure and can be used safely in dusty, cleaning, and water spray environments, and by providing a BGS method model that stably detects objects without being affected by the color or material of the background object. Achieves more stable detection.

■Realization of ultra-thin size
The ultra-thin size of 3.7mm thick allows it to be installed in narrow spaces or gaps in production lines.
■Minimum objects as small as Ø0.2mm can be detected.
It is possible to detect minute objects as small as Ø0.2mm, such as metal wires, ultrafine thermocouples, and semiconductor chips.
■Achieving a maximum detection distance of 1m
Despite its ultra-small size, it can detect up to 1m.
■Operation status can be checked
The operating status can be easily checked with the operation indicator light (red) and stability indicator light (green).
■Detection points can be confirmed
By applying a red light source, you can more easily check the detection point during installation.
■Realizes IP67 protection structure
The IP67 protection structure allows it to be used safely even in dusty, cleaning, and watering environments.
