About This Product
■Summary
The BRQ series of Ø18mm cylindrical photoelectric sensors supports front and side detection models as well as models made of plastic, metal (Ni-plated brass), and SUS316L materials, allowing users to use them to suit their various environments. This product is capable of long-distance detection up to 30m, and achieves excellent detection performance by having excellent noise resistance and minimizing the effects of ambient light.
In addition, the mutual interference prevention function allows close mounting, and the short-body model not only allows easy installation even in narrow spaces, but also has an IP67 protection structure that allows it to withstand dust, washing, water spraying, etc., and an IP69K protection structure that protects it from water spray. It can be used safely even in high temperature (steam) and high pressure injection environments.

The BRQ series of Ø18mm cylindrical photoelectric sensors can be used to suit the user's environment with a diverse lineup including models made of plastic, metal (Ni-plated brass), SUS316L materials, and short-body models.
■Long distance detection up to 30m possible
Transmissive products can detect objects at long distances up to 30m.
■ Mutual interference prevention function allows for close mounting (excluding transparent type)
By changing the light emission period of the sensor, it is possible to mount the sensors closely together to prevent interference between adjacent sensors.
■Built-in sensitivity adjustment volume
Built-in sensitivity adjustment volume allows detection with optimal sensitivity to suit the user environment.
■Easy to check operating status
The stability indicator light (green LED) and operation indicator light (yellow LED) make it easy to check the operating status.
■Achieves IP67 (IEC standard), IP69K (DIN standard) protection structure
The IP67 protection structure allows it to be used safely in dust, cleaning, and water spray environments, and the IP69K protection structure allows it to be used safely in water spray, high temperature (steam), and high pressure spray environments.
