High-speed, high-precision 4-terminal inspection - Rotary/INDEX table type OPEN/LEAK automatic board inspection equipment
Ideal for continuity and short circuit (insulation) inspection of high-density multilayer build-up board (PCB/HDI/HLC/LED, etc.) patterns. Achieves 4-terminal inspection at high speed and high accuracy, and is widely used in mSAP method products. We propose multi-inspection suitable for miniLED boards including backlights.
