KoT cut OPAW crystal oscillator

■Features

・OPAW® oscillator using the patent-pending new cut angle "KoT Cut®" (KoT: Kerfed orthogonal plate waves for zero Temperature coefficient OPAW: Orthogonal Plate Acoustic Waves) ・Frequency temperature characteristics superior to AT cut oscillators → AT cut ratio improved by approximately 2 times ・New patented technology enables fundamental wave from 500 MHz to 1000 MHz ・Excellent phase noise performance → -140 dBc/Hz @10 kHz offset ・Two types of lineup: SPXO and VCXO

■Applications

5G communication equipment, base stations, ADC/DAC, Jitter Cleaner, optical modules, aviation/satellites, measurement equipment, etc.
