About This Product

KoT cut OPAW crystal unit

■Features

・OPAW® resonator using the patent-pending new cut angle "KoT Cut®" (KoT: Kerfed orthogonal plate waves for zero Temperature coefficient OPAW: Orthogonal Plate Acoustic Waves) ・New patented technology enables fundamental wave from 500 MHz to 800 MHz ・Frequency stability far superior to AT cut resonators and SAW resonators → Frequency tolerance ±10 ppm~ (@25 ℃) → Frequency temperature characteristics Approximately 2 times better than AT cut ratio, more than 20 times better than SAW resonator ・Achieves good phase noise in the oscillation circuit → -140 dBc/Hz @ offset 10 kHz (Typ.) ・Oscillation possible with a general Colpitts circuit

■Applications

・400 Gbps/800 Gbps network equipment ・High-speed AD/DA converter ・Optical module → SAW resonator replacement
