About This Product

This is an energy-saving type clamp that is always clamped when the hydraulic power source is turned off. The use of disc springs generates a large clamping force, making clamping work safer and labor-saving. When used with a lash booster, a clamping mechanism can be constructed using only a pneumatic source.

The Cell Nut SN series is an automated product for tightening nuts for port-type clamps.It is an automatic product that eliminates variations in tightening force, shortens tightening time, and saves labor for tightening, thereby improving work safety and efficiency. This is a clamp device.

■Features

・Small and lightweight, exhibits strong tightening force. ・Mounting screws are available in sizes M10 to M16, and tightening forces are 7.3 to 13kN. ・Even if problems such as vibration, piping, or power outage occur during clamping, the clamp will not loosen. ・There is no displacement of the workpiece during tightening, and uniform tightening force can be easily achieved.
