■SummaryThe Free Lock Pad is a swinging suction pad for high-dimensional material handling that allows the work to be transferred to the next process while maintaining the angle of the suction pad that follows the surface of the workpiece and the position of the buffer when suctioning the workpiece. Even when transporting a wide variety of products, the angle of the suction pad and the position of the puffer can be maintained for each workpiece, improving the accuracy of the workpiece installation posture in the next process.

・Since the locking mechanism operates when the supply air is cut off, the timing of suction and the timing of compressed air use are different. It has little effect on the vacuum generator, allowing efficient use of power.
・Can be controlled with a single 3-port solenoid valve, so it can be constructed with a simple air circuit.
