About This Product

A small lash booster. Please use it as a hydraulic power source for single-acting clamp equipment and single-acting hydraulic actuators. An auto switch for operation confirmation can also be installed.

■Summary

This is an air-hydraulic conversion booster that converts compressed air into high hydraulic pressure as a hydraulic power source for small-diameter, small-stroke hydraulic actuators such as workpiece clamping and press-fitting.

■Features

・Air pressure of 0.2~0.7MPa generates hydraulic pressure of 2.8~9.8MPa. ・Because it is small in diameter, it does not take up much installation space. ・A switch can be installed on the booster. Pressurization and release operation signals can be captured. ・Since air pressure is used, there is no problem due to temperature rise even when operating continuously or maintaining pressurization. - Hydraulic pressure can be changed steplessly by changing air pressure. ・Control can be performed with a single pneumatic valve.
