About This Product

■Features

- Excellent bending resistance and flexibility. ・High mechanical strength and bending properties are achieved by using alloy wire conductors. ・Our unique cross-linked foamed polyethylene insulator achieves low capacity and flexibility, and by wrapping PET tape over the insulator, we ensure heat resistance and mechanical strength. (CCE product)

■Hirakawa High-density mounting ZIF connector

It enables high-density assembly of ultra-fine coaxial lines and meets the diversifying demands for multi-channel signal transmission. This ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) connector has a structure with superior electrical characteristics such as crosstalk compared to conventional ZIF connectors.

■Flexible specifications

This is a high-density, multi-pole (up to 272 pins) connector that allows you to freely customize the pin assignment (GND, Sig arrangement) of the connecting board that makes up the connector.

■Excellent transmission characteristics

A metal shell is used for the connector housing, and a grounding pin is used on the receptacle connector side to effectively suppress noise. Crosstalk is minimized by transmitting each pin as short as possible. In addition, the assembly maintains the coaxial structure as much as possible at the connection part with the cable, ensuring transmission quality.

■Also supports peripheral parts

We support not only connectors but also covers, cases (casting products, machined products), bushings (molded products), and other product mechanical parts from design to procurement and assembly. Effective for protecting connections and improving mechanical strength such as bending and tensile strength.
