■Hirakawa ultra-fine/ultra-fine coaxial cable assembly (#40~#50)

In order to satisfy the rapid spread of digital equipment and the demands for higher density and higher functionality, we have established an assembly using ultra-fine (ultra-fine) coaxial cables using a unique construction method. We will connect the cables to commercially available connectors and custom-designed connection boards (printed boards, etc.) and carry out a 100% product warranty before delivery. We not only procure parts such as connectors, but also design connection boards and provide suggestions for improving the reliability of connections, responding to requests from the customer's perspective.

Furthermore, in order to improve the reliability of terminal connections, we can respond to your requests by using integrated molding technology using environmentally friendly resin.

■Initial cost reduction compared to FPC

Even if specifications such as cable length or number of core wires change, there is no need to incur high initial costs like with FPC, and we can respond flexibly and quickly.

■Excellent product warranty system

In addition to all electrical inspections, we also perform impedance measurements to guarantee product guarantees.
