About This Product

For internal wiring of communication equipment and electronic equipment. For connecting the test head section and interface section of an IC test system.

■Features

・Excellent stability in characteristic impedance and propagation delay time. ・The porous PTFE insulator has an excellent temperature rating of -55℃ to +200℃. - Excellent attenuation characteristics, achieving -3dB/m at 6GHz for the braided shield type.

■Hirakawa board-in cable series

Cable/connector assembly for board-to-board connections processed using original connection technology and molding. It is a tool that establishes high-bandwidth transmission, high-density mounting, rationalization of wiring work, and improvement of connection reliability.

■Flexible specifications

The cable you use can be selected based on its length, color, and transmission characteristics such as impedance and propagation delay time. We have a wide variety of standard plug pin shapes and lengths available. (We can design products other than standard products according to your specifications)

■Excellent transmission characteristics

Connections are made using specialized equipment and processing methods, which has a significant effect on stabilizing impedance and propagation delay time and reducing voltage loss.

■Excellent mechanical properties

The connection between the cable and plug terminal is processed using our unique electric welding technology, so it is not affected by soldering heat from the wiring process. Furthermore, the connection points are integrally molded, making them resistant to stress caused by bending. Demonstrates outstanding connection reliability.

■Two benefits of environmental friendliness and reduced man-hours

The press-fit type, which does not require soldering, can be inserted with a simple jig. At the same time, it will significantly reduce the number of man-hours required.
