About This Product

■Product overview

The ultra-precision polishing tool "ALTA" uses a special coating method to uniformly coat diamond or CBN abrasive grains onto various base materials. It boasts superior polishing properties compared to those made using conventional coating processes, and at the same time, can be manufactured in small lots.

■Features

A precision abrasive material made by applying carefully selected abrasive particles of uniform size to a polyester film. Due to its water and oil resistant structure, it can be used both dry and wet. There are three types of film thickness: 75, 50, and 25μm.
