■KPC-04 series overview

The plasma automatic cutting system for air conditioning ducts is a cutting device for manufacturing ducts used in construction of air conditioning equipment in factories, hospitals, shopping malls, and other buildings. The information is input using a dedicated board cutting computer software, and metal materials such as galvanized iron plates are automatically cut with a high yield using an air plasma generator. You can also mark the material with a pen. Note) Please note that it is not suitable for general can manufacturing applications as it is exclusively for air conditioning ducts. ■Features

- Equipped with a newly developed new type of NC device and S-curve acceleration/deceleration control to achieve both a trajectory faithful to commands and high-speed cutting (10m/min*) (*galvanized iron plate, plate thickness 0.5mm) ・A plasma cutting machine manufacturer* develops a dedicated NC device in-house from the circuit board. It has excellent noise resistance and maintains high reliability. (*As a manufacturer of plasma cutting machines for air conditioning ducts) ・Water-cooled plasma generator: D-8000* is standard equipment (*manufactured by DAIHEN Co., Ltd.)

■New convenient functions with an emphasis on operability

・Manual cutting mode (manual cutting function using plasma ignition) - Machine origin position can be selected from 4 different XY coordinates (flexibly compatible with factory installation layouts) ・Cutting speed change function on NC side ・Read NC data by specifying site number, plate thickness, and page number

■Mechanical structure that supports high-speed, high-precision movement

Using an XY iron rubber belt*, the well-established double-axis belt drive system is used for X-axis (longitudinal direction) feeding, and the XY-axis is supported by a roller guide system, which requires no lubrication and has low sliding friction. Achieves both high speed and high rigidity by shortening the acceleration/deceleration time (*The XY belt has a wire core, so it does not stretch easily)

■Newly designed torch + pen integrated head

Since pen scribing is performed up and down inside the torch booth, a guard is installed to prevent scraps from colliding with each other. The scribing pen has a vertical up-and-down mechanism using a DC solenoid manufactured by Kokusai Dengyo to achieve accurate and high-speed scribing operation.
