About This Product

■What is a flow standard/calibrator? Used for daily inspection of leak testers, sensitivity confirmation, and workpiece volume measurement. ■General inspection of “leakage amount” using flow standards ・Sensitivity confirmation/periodic inspection Does the sensor show normal sensitivity when a specified leak occurs? ・Function confirmation/Daily inspection Is the air leak tester accurately determining NG products? ・Condition selection/standard determination Are the air leak tester setting conditions determined so that the specified leakage amount can be determined? Convenient for setting air leak tester conditions, checking sensor sensitivity and flow rate, and for daily inspection. This is a standard leak that is connected to the front of the tester or to a pneumatic circuit such as piping. ■What is Flow Standard? Air leak tests measure the amount of leakage by looking at changes in pressure, but pressure is greatly affected by changes in air volume, temperature, atmospheric pressure, etc. Therefore, by using the flow rate generated by the flow standard as the "leakage standard", we can connect the different physical quantities of leakage amount and pressure, give reliability to the reproducibility of pressure sensor sensitivity, and realize correct air leak testing. . There is little material deterioration due to aging, making it possible to perform safe and stable air leak tests over long periods of time, and can be used as a "standard leak" for sensor sensitivity confirmation and inspection. Manufactured based on the standard test location conditions (23℃1atm) listed in JISZ8703:1983. ■A reference device that produces a constant flow rate. - Convenient for setting air leak tester conditions, checking sensor sensitivity and flow rate, and for daily inspection. ・This is a standard leak that is used by connecting to the pneumatic circuit such as the front of the tester or piping.
