About This Product

■What is helium leak test system? Leak test system suitable for high precision or high pressure leak testing. The helium leak test system is a test system that uses helium gas as the detection gas (tracer gas) to detect leaked helium. This is the leak test method that can detect the smallest leaks among the Fukuda leak testers. Due to the standardization of the main unit, it is easier to select specifications than a fully custom-made product. You can choose between atmospheric pressure chamber method and vacuum chamber method. It is possible to incorporate a collector, concentration meter, and mixer. Compatible with various workpieces and specifications. Vacuum chamber method and atmospheric pressure chamber method can be selected. High-accuracy and high-speed measurement using a workpiece-shaped chamber. A dedicated chamber reduces the remaining chamber volume. Number of chambers: 1 channel (standard specification) For full orders, the number of chambers can be increased. Diluted helium gas is also available.
