About This Product

OpenGear® is a modular signal processor developed by Ross Video. Its architecture is published as an open platform, and many manufacturers, including MultiDyne and AJA Video Systems, offer a variety of signal processors based on the openGear® standard. This openGear® ecosystem provides users with a variety of solutions that cannot be achieved by a single manufacturer, with high quality and at a reasonable budget. 12G-SDI/video/audio/data fiber optic transceiver. Video/audio (4W intercom), synchronization, tally, control, and Ethernet signals used in studios/observation vans can be transmitted over a single single-mode optical fiber. The OG-4600 series is capable of transmitting video, audio (4W intercom), synchronization, tally, control, and Ethernet signals used in studios and broadcast vans over a single single-mode optical fiber. It supports 12G-SDI and is available in a 2-input x 2-output transceiver configuration, or a 4-input or 4-output Tx/Rx configuration, as well as a low-cost version with a 1-input x 1-output transceiver configuration. In addition to SDI configurations, we offer five types of cards with each other signal configuration.
