About This Product

The Encore IM series is a waterproof and dustproof version of the Encore series for ships and ports. Vessel certification according to DVN-GL has been obtained. The conditions for this include not using asbestos and not affecting the compass. Of course, it is compatible with the Encore series.

■2ch main station. MS-702 version for ships and portsMS-802-IM is a 2ch main station with built-in speaker. Talk and calls are controlled by a microprocessor, and listen levels can be adjusted by adjusting the volume for each channel. In addition to the normal call lamp, it is also equipped with a tone alert function. MS-802-IM is a version of MS-702 specialized for ships and ports.

■What is the main station?In addition to supplying power to the terminal stations (speaker station, belt pack/head station), the main station also functions as a master unit, including termination settings, external program input, and stage announcement output. You can select 2 lines or 4 lines depending on the system, and it is also possible to use the Link function to make all lines into one party line.

For 5 or more systems, the master station is available. It is also possible to use multiple main stations or power supplies when using more than the specified number of terminal stations, or to prevent voltage drops in long-distance systems. An optional gooseneck microphone can be used with built-in or external speakers for hands-free calling.

Equipped with a short circuit circuit to protect the system. Requires AC power.
