About This Product

The πShaper mount is a mount with a 4-axis adjustment mechanism that is ideal for our focusing beam shaper (Focal-πShaper) and imaging beam shaper (πShaper). Fix the beam shaper to the M27x1 internal thread.

For field mapping type beam shapers, alignment between the incident beam and the beam shaper is very important, so we recommend that this mount is used to ensure proper alignment. Of course, it can also be used to hold optical components other than beam shapers.

As an option, we can also provide an aligner (alignment tool using pinholes) specifically for this mount. The beam that passes through the aligner generates interference fringes, and by adjusting the mount so that the interference fringes are vertically and horizontally symmetrical, the mount and laser can be aligned.
