About This Product
This is a green laser (515nm) with nanosecond pulses. Since it is based on a fiber laser, it is a very high quality laser with excellent maintainability. There are 10W, 20W, 30W, and 50W models, all of which output the same amount of energy.
Ideal for cutting, drilling, and scribing glass, silicon, ceramics, and flexible substrates, thin film patterning, and marking glass, silicon, metal, and plastic.
■Application example
・Glass drilling
High pulse energy, high beam quality, and high repetition rate fiber lasers enable high-speed, taper-free drilling in glass.
・Glass marking
Microcracks can be formed and marked by irradiating glass with a high peak power laser beam. This effect also occurs on the inside of the glass, so it is possible to mark the inside of the glass while leaving the surface as it is.
・Thin film patterning
Thin films are used in a variety of applications such as solar power generation devices and displays. High-repetition, single-pulse lasers are ideal for rapidly patterning these coatings with high precision by selectively ablating the coatings without damaging the substrate.
