About This Product
Nanosecond pulse fiber laser. Since it is based on a fiber laser, it is a very high quality laser with excellent maintainability. We provide high quality beams with high pulse energy, high peak power, and high repetition frequency.
It can be used for material processing such as marking and cutting, and as a seed light for LIDAR and wavelength conversion.
■Application example
・Glass drilling
High pulse energy, high beam quality, and high repetition rate fiber lasers enable high-speed, taper-free drilling in glass.
・Glass marking
Microcracks can be formed and marked by irradiating glass with a high peak power laser beam. This effect also occurs on the inside of the glass, so it is possible to mark the inside of the glass while leaving the surface as it is.
・Thin film patterning
Thin films are used in a variety of applications such as solar power generation devices and displays. High-repetition, single-pulse lasers are ideal for rapidly patterning these coatings with high precision by selectively ablating the coatings without damaging the substrate.
