About This Product
The Micro Spot Monitor from Germany's PRIMES is a measuring instrument that can measure the beam profile, beam size, beam position, Rayleigh length, M2, etc. of a laser focused down to a minimum of 20um. In addition to the fundamental wave (1um), it supports wavelengths of second harmonic (532um), third harmonic (355nm), and fourth harmonic (266nm), and can measure laser light up to a maximum of 200W.
