About This Product
In order for laser users to use laser equipment safely, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has established various measures standards for each class classified according to the amount of radiation exposure and emission from laser equipment. The Laser Exposure Emission Class Checker is a tool to ensure that exposure emissions (leakage light) from laser products and laser controlled areas do not exceed Class 1 exposure emission limits.
The software calculates radiation exposure using a calculation method based on JIS C 6802:2014, so you can use this device to confirm Class 1 even without specialized knowledge.

■JIS class 1 confirmation procedure
The Laser Exposure Emission Class Checker's user-friendly software makes it easy to check laser class 1.
・Step 1
Connect your computer and measuring instrument via Bluetooth. Enter various parameters (laser wavelength, stability, etc.) on the instrument setup screen.
・Step 2
Measure the laser leakage light according to the software instructions. Measure by pointing the probe at locations where laser light may leak, such as the workpiece outlet of the laser device, cable holes, vents, and cover seams.
・Step 3
Check the results displayed in the software.
