About This Product

A 9-spot generator divides the incoming beam into nine parts. Nine spot beams can be obtained on the processing surface by focusing the light with a lens. This allows ring modes to be generated even using common single-core lasers. The adjustment mechanism allows you to change the power ratio between the center beam and the peripheral beams. By using a 9-spot lens, you can reduce spatter and increase welding speed. ■9 spot generator usage example The 9-spot generator is used between the collimator and the condenser lens. The lens can be an ordinary condenser lens or an fθ lens. The adjustment mechanism allows changing the spot pattern at the processing point. *This product can be customized.
