■Telecentric fθ lens (266nm, 355nm, 532nm, 1,064nm, CO2 compatible)
Like f-theta lenses, telecentric f-theta lenses are used with galvano scanners, polygon scanners, etc. By using a telecentric f-theta lens, it is possible to irradiate the laser perpendicular to the image field at all laser irradiation positions within the area. We have telecentric f-theta lenses with various focal lengths from UV to CO2.
