By installing a small, dedicated optical measuring unit in your processing machine, you can use high-precision imaging technology on the actual machine to measure the tool length and tool diameter of all the tools stored in the ATC pod before processing.・Automatically measure shape data, etc. at high speed, transfer the data to NC, CAM, etc., and preset tools. [Display and transfer data resolution: 0.1μm] The system can be constructed at a very low cost because it uses the ATC and drive system of the processing machine. By applying the technology cultivated by J-Core, AI will determine the shape and automatically (unmanned) measure the length and diameter of the tools stored in the ATC. The measurement time is approximately 30 seconds per tube (the measurement itself is less than 10 seconds, but the ATC time is approximately 20 seconds). Therefore, if 20 tubes are stored in the ATC pod, the measurement will be completed in about 10 minutes. This ensures that there will be no discrepancy in the measurement results no matter who makes the measurement, and the values ​​are automatically entered into the NC tool length and tool diameter variable areas, eliminating calculation and input errors. As mentioned above, the measurement uses the drive system including the main shaft of the processing machine and is measured at the actual processing rotation speed, so it is more accurate than external setup and can be performed in parallel with warm-up operation etc. You can do this by You can also easily install it yourself.
