■Features

・Ideal for model processing with Z800mm ・Z-axis rapid traverse speed improved by 10% compared to previous model ・Improved maintainability with newly designed dustproofing and dust countermeasures ・High-speed movement and stability achieved by low center of gravity beam column

■Dust prevention/dust prevention & maintenance improvement

- Equipped with a newly designed dustproof cover as standard. The front curtain and rear dust collection duct suppress and collect dust. ・Equipped with a newly designed dustproof belt cover for the sliding part of the table. The Y-axis drive part (linear guide, ball screw), which was exposed in previous models, is sealed and dust-proof. Reduces maintenance costs and prevents machine deterioration.

■High speed

・Increased Z-axis rapid traverse speed by 10% ・Eliminating the Z-axis balancer cylinder and increasing the size of the servo motor improves tracking performance

■High rigidity/high precision

・High-speed movement of 60 m/min is realized by the stable low center of gravity and low beam column. ・Compared to the conventional machine (NC7000U), the height of the beam has been kept low, resulting in higher rigidity and a lower center of gravity for improved stability (processing height is the same as the conventional machine)
