■High power & high speed spindle

・AC spindle up to 15KW ・Maximum output is achieved above 7500 rpm ・Equipped with rigid tapping function ・Achieve a beautiful processed surface with SHODA's highly rigid head + cutter → Reduce work in the next process

■Dust/dust prevention measures & improved maintainability

・Splash guards are installed on both sides of the head to prevent cutting dust from scattering. ・Install dust catchers around the table to guide dust to the dust box/garbage bag → prevent dust from falling on the floor ・The X-axis drive part, which was exposed in conventional machines, is sealed and dust-proof → Reduces maintenance costs and prevents machine deterioration.

■Space saving and improved workability

・Installation space depth (conventional model) reduced from 3,400mm to 2,850mm ・Worker approach: distance to the table is reduced by 450 points, improving work efficiency

■Can store up to 16 ATCs

・Various processing is possible using various tools such as inclined surface cutting, inclined surface cutting, and side processing. ・Angle head C-axis rotation function that creates added value (OP.)
