About This Product

This is a new type of magnetic chain that turns the roller chain itself into a magnet. It has a simple and robust structure in which the magnet is sandwiched between the outer links (outer plates), eliminating the need for conventional attachments. It exerts a strong magnetic force and can be used for considerable inclined conveyance. Since the chain shape is flat, it is easy to change from a conventional chain to a magnetic chain. The return section of the conveyor can be processed in the same way as before.

■Standard stock of 1 and 2 rows

We have 1-row type SN type magnetic chain and 2-row type SW type magnetic chain in stock as standard.

■4 types to choose from

・S type: Standard type with built-in ferrite magnet ・NEO type: Incorporates rare earth magnets to exert stronger magnetic force ・FN type: Ferrite magnets and rare earth magnets are arranged alternately ・TPX type: For food-related use with special resin for the outer frame.

■Special resin cover is also available for food-related applications (TPX type)

Special resin is used for the outer frame. Since the magnet is not exposed, it is ideal for food-related applications. (2060 type only) Please specify 2060TPX.
