■Even with permanent magnets, magnetic force can be turned on and off like electromagnets.
We manufacture permanent electromagnetic devices that combine permanent magnets and electromagnets. Normal electromagnets generate magnetic force only while energized, but permanent electromagnets generate magnetic force by permanent magnets. Moreover, the magnetic force can be turned on and off like an electromagnet. Permanent electromagnetic devices are magnetic devices that are a combination of permanent magnets (neodymium and alnico) and electromagnets, and can turn the magnetic force on and off with just a momentary energization.
■Safe even during power outages
While the material is being transported, it is held only by the force of the permanent magnet. Therefore, even during a power outage, the magnetic force is maintained and the material will not fall. This is effective to avoid the risk of the workpiece falling in the event of a sudden accident.
