About This Product
The ELFQ-FA type electromagnetic lifting magnet used in field equipment uses the power of magnets to reliably attract objects and transport them efficiently. It is used in a variety of factory operations such as the hand part of industrial robots, material feeding, and product assembly lines. With stable adsorption power and high operability, this magnet greatly contributes to improving work efficiency and reducing the burden on workers.
Our electromagnetic magnet rail SER type-Q type (standard square coil) is shortened for use with lifting magnets, and an aluminum frame is provided on the side of the main body to make it easier to attach accessories. In addition, the cables used are highly resistant to bending and vibration, ensuring stable performance. (Standard cable length: 3m)
■Selectable magnetic force surface
The standard type (ST) is an easy-to-use type with a smooth magnetic surface. The flat shape with no unevenness allows it to handle a variety of workpieces. Standard type with good work separation. Extruded pole type (PR) has the coil core exposed. Even stronger adsorption force than the ST type can be obtained. You can choose with tap or without tap. In addition, for the PR type, you can select the protrusion amount between 0mm and 10mm.
■Can handle various workpieces using tapped holes.
By selecting the tapped hole (-T) option, various attachments can be attached to the magnetic surface. Since the tap size is made public, customers can design their own attachment to suit their workpiece.
■Magnetic pole can be changed freely
For models with 4 coils, you can change the internal magnetic poles without disassembling the main unit by replacing the connection terminals. The target workpiece is basically a thin steel plate-like workpiece, but by changing the way the magnetic field lines are thrown, it is possible to handle workpieces of other shapes.
