About This Product
A movable yoke magnetic holder whose suction surface can be moved to follow the shape of the workpiece. The magnet's suction surface is always in contact with the workpiece, which greatly reduces misgrip when suctioning and conveying workpieces of various shapes. When not energized, the yoke that attracts the workpiece moves freely and firmly follows various workpiece shapes.
As soon as electricity is applied, the movable yoke is strongly attracted to the main yoke, firmly fixing the workpiece. Since the left and right sides of the main body are insulated, it is possible to collect electrical signals when the machine is in contact with the workpiece. If you install an excitation power supply with a reverse excitation circuit as an option, it becomes possible to load and unload workpieces more accurately and at higher cycles.

■Movement of movable yoke
- When the magnetic force is OFF, the yoke is not fixed (dangling).
- When this product is brought close to the workpiece and the yoke touches the workpiece, the yoke will follow the shape of the workpiece.
- When the magnetic force is turned on, the movable yoke is strongly attracted to the main yoke and fixed while maintaining its shape.
・At the same time, magnetic force is generated at the tip of the yoke and attracts the workpiece.
■Suitable for a wide variety of workpieces
Ideal for sucking and conveying pressed products of various shapes where the suction surface cannot be flat. The time and effort required to change the setup for each work piece can be greatly reduced.
When attaching a magnet holder to a robot or the like to transport workpieces of various shapes, such as pressed products, there are cases where the workpiece cannot be transported due to the small contact area between the magnet and the workpiece. To prevent mis-gripping, the yoke on the attraction surface is movable so that the attraction surface of the magnet is always in contact with the surface of the workpiece (imitating the shape of the product).
■Magnetic force can be adjusted
Since it uses an electromagnet, you can freely adjust it to "weak" when adsorbing and "strong" when transporting.
