About This Product
Electromagnetic rails are products that are used via a belt on the magnetic surface. It uses an electromagnet that makes it easy to attach and detach the workpiece, and it is possible to turn on/off the magnetic force and adjust the magnetic force. A bearing is installed on the magnetically acting surface to reduce the load on the motor when the belt runs.
Similar to electromagnetic magnet carriers, it is ideal for feeding sheets to a fixed size, and is mainly used in magnetic piler devices, destack feeder devices, etc. It is used for DB* material discharge points, delivery points, etc. that require high-speed and frequent magnetic ON/OFF. A separate excitation power supply is required. *DB=double blank, with two sheets stuck together
