About This Product
Many of Yamashin Metal Industry Co., Ltd.'s permanent magnet carriers, model SPC-R, are used as supplements to magnetic belt feeders. In order to minimize scratches on the sheet, #6000ZZ bearings are used on the workpiece contact surface. Furthermore, we use bearings with rounded corners (polishing) as standard.
As an option, a type with urethane rubber lining on the outer circumference of the #6000ZZ bearing is also available. Two standard widths of magnet carriers are available: 35mm and 85mm.
