About This Product
It was developed as a magnetic rail for Yamashin Metal Industry Co., Ltd.'s magnetic conveyor and magnetic belt feeder. This magnetic rail is used via a belt. When transporting workpieces (sheet materials), magnetic adsorption power is also added. Therefore, roller bearings are installed on the belt running surface to reduce the motor load.
■Bearing pitch and rail width
Regarding bearing pitch, we have two types: our standard 75mm and short pitch 45mm (SP type). In addition, we offer three standard widths of magnetic rails: 35mm, 65mm, and 125mm. Of course, other widths can also be manufactured.
