We also design and manufacture conventional AC electromagnetic demagnetizers. In the case of an AC type, an alternating magnetic field is generated inside the tunnel, and the workpiece is passed through this field. The inside of the tunnel has an almost uniform demagnetizing area, making it suitable for hollow workpieces such as pipes.

Workpieces can also be demagnetized continuously by conveyor transport. Since it is specially designed to match the workpiece, we can provide equipment that meets your needs, from small to large.
■Consideration of heat dissipation effect
The demagnetizer is designed to optimize the heat dissipation effect during continuous operation, taking into consideration the heat generated by the coil due to electromagnetic induction.
