About This Product
This is a compact stationary demagnetizing device that uses an electric motor as its driving source. Effective for demagnetizing small items by attaching them to a belt conveyor, such as when demagnetizing large quantities of small items. Magnetism can be easily and instantly removed from magnetic tools. Eliminates residual magnetism on the product during processing. It is also ideal for demagnetizing jigs, etc.
■Our unique permanent magnet type
This is a permanent magnet type demagnetizer that rotates a permanent magnet at high speed to generate a strong alternating magnetic field. Using a unique magnetic circuit configuration that cannot be imitated by other companies, we have succeeded in demagnetizing with a permanent magnet. It uses a strong rare earth magnet, so there is no need to worry about heat generation even if it is operated continuously. It has high demagnetizing ability and can be demagnetized efficiently. It is characterized by better demagnetization efficiency than the electromagnetic type.
■90% reduction in power consumption
Compared to the conventional AC electromagnetic type, it consumes less power (approximately 1/10 of the electromagnetic type). Since the influence of leakage magnetic flux on the surrounding area is small, there is no need to consider surrounding magnetic materials.
