About This Product
This is a handy and simple demagnetizing device that uses an air motor as its driving source. Just by bringing this handy demagnetizer close to a magnetic part, you can instantly and easily remove the magnetism.
■Effective for partial demagnetization
Since it is a handy type, it is effective for partial demagnetization of workpieces and large steel plates. Ideal for demagnetizing items that cannot fit on a conveyor or large items that cannot fit into a tunnel type. Particularly large molds can be partially demagnetized.
■Our unique permanent magnet type
This is a permanent magnet type demagnetizer that rotates a permanent magnet at high speed to generate a strong alternating magnetic field. Using a unique magnetic circuit configuration that cannot be imitated by other companies, we have succeeded in demagnetizing with a permanent magnet. It uses a strong rare earth magnet, so there is no need to worry about heat generation even if it is operated continuously. It has high demagnetizing ability and can be demagnetized efficiently. It is characterized by better demagnetization efficiency than the electromagnetic type.
■Handling method
Connect compressed air (4.5-6kgf/cm) and start by gradually turning the throttle handle. Afterwards, you can demagnetize the area you want to remove by simply moving it gently back and forth and left and right. The rotation speed will drop as you get closer to the workpiece, but around 2,000 rotations is generally sufficient. It doesn't have to be high rpm. Please note that since the device is a permanent magnet, it will stick to other magnetic objects, so please hold the device firmly with both hands.
