About This Product
A belt conveyor with a built-in UNMG type demagnetizer. Since it is a permanent magnet type, the demagnetizing unit itself is lightweight and small. Demagnetization can be easily performed by simply incorporating it into the line.
■Residual magnetism below 5 Gauss
These devices are designed to remove residual magnetism from workpieces, and remove residual magnetism that is generated during machining. Even workpieces with residual magnetism of 100G (Gauss) or more can be demagnetized to 5G or less in an instant. Ideal for demagnetizing workpieces (clutch plates, gears, etc.) that can be problematic if they are magnetic.
■Our unique permanent magnet type
This is a permanent magnet type demagnetizer that rotates a permanent magnet at high speed to generate a strong alternating magnetic field. Using a unique magnetic circuit configuration that cannot be imitated by other companies, we have succeeded in demagnetizing with a permanent magnet. It uses a strong rare earth magnet, so there is no need to worry about heat generation even if it is operated continuously.
■Strong demagnetizing ability
It has high demagnetizing ability and can be demagnetized efficiently. Since it uses a powerful rare earth magnet, its demagnetizing ability is extremely strong. (It has the ability to demagnetize even anisotropic ferrite magnets.) It is characterized by better demagnetizing efficiency than electromagnetic type.
■90% reduction in power consumption
Compared to the conventional AC electromagnetic type, it consumes less power (approximately 1/10 of the electromagnetic type). Since the influence of leakage magnetic flux on the surrounding area is small, there is no need to consider surrounding magnetic materials.
