This is a magnetic material sorter that uses an SMD type magnetic drum. This device has a built-in permanent magnetic drum and drives the drum with a motor to automatically remove and collect iron pieces, iron ingots, etc. from the raw materials input from the hopper. The main body has a completely dust-proof structure. It is also possible to stack this machine up to two levels, allowing for more thorough iron removal as the SDSRW type.
■Principle of sorting
Non-metals such as plastic and wood do not react at all to the force of the magnetic field, so they fall directly below the drum. The iron remains attracted to the magnet and falls when the magnetic field disappears.
