Our company manufactures various special magnetic conveyors. This is a conveyor device that uses magnets for efficient conveyance. Conveyance can be carried out in a variety of ways, including horizontally, vertically, and inclined. We design and manufacture products from large to small according to customer needs.
This conveyor uses a magnetic block attached to a roller chain with an attachment inside a fixed stainless steel cover to transport chips and small parts over the stainless steel cover. The transport surface is safe as there are no rotating parts. The type of workpiece determines the installation pitch, magnetic strength, etc. of the magnetic block.
It can also be installed in a liquid layer to continuously remove magnetic materials.
