■Installed inside the lower mold, the product is reliably transported using the power of magnets.
The conveyor has a simple structure that operates continuously. During processing, the product is evacuated to the bottom using a separate vertical mechanism (air cylinder, etc.), and when transporting the product, the entire conveyor is raised and transported.
■Magnetic conveyor specialized for transporting products from inside the mold
・Assists removal from the mold after pressing: No power is required, so it can be installed inside the mold.
・Vibration resistant and basically maintenance free: Robust yet easy to replace belt.
・The belt operates continuously (conveying speed varies depending on the load): A compact air motor is used so that it can be installed in molds where space is limited.
